We are a voluntary regeneration group for Birkenhead, a community-led collective dedicated to revitalising the town through practical projects, advocacy and partnership. Rooted in local knowledge and a commitment to inclusive decision-making, we work with residents, businesses and public bodies to improve public spaces, support sustainable development and create opportunities for skills, employment and cultural activity. Our approach is collaborative and evidence-based: we identify priorities through consultation, secure funding, coordinate volunteers and deliver tangible improvements that enhance quality of life and local pride. Driven by a long-term vision for a resilient, accessible and prosperous Birkenhead, we champion projects that preserve heritage, encourage green infrastructure and ensure benefits reach all parts of the community.
